Responsibilities
- 01Managing and coordinating ongoing projects
- 02Preparing and monitoring project schedules and workflows
- 03Prioritising tasks and coordinating project resources
- 04Providing professional support and onboarding team members
- 05Ensuring quality standards, planning status and documentation
- 06Improving internal processes and digital workflows
- 07Project controlling, reporting and early identification of risks
Requirements
- 01Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- 02Several years of experience in project coordination or project management
- 03Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams
- 04Structured, solution-oriented and responsible approach to work
- 05Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- 06Confident use of digital planning and organisational tools
- 07Experience with BIM processes is an advantage
