- 03Working across HOAI service phases 5–8
- 04Coordinating specialist consultants and contractors
- 05Monitoring quality, costs and schedules on site
Requirements
- 01Degree in architecture
- 02Advanced proficiency in ORCA
- 03Demonstrable experience in construction delivery and on large-scale sites
- 04Confident handling of HOAI service phases 5–8
- 05Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
- 06Team-oriented mindset and confidence in dealing with contractors on site
